PH-spec Kia Sonet available for public test drives tomorrow

MANILA: As it is set to be officially revealed today, Kia Philippines will immediately make the Sonet accessible for test drives starting tomorrow.

Per the Ayala-led automotive distributor, customers can check out and drive the small sport utility vehicle (SUV) at the Central Garden Ring in Ayala Malls Manila Bay on June 7-9 — from 10 a.m.-10 p.m.

“We are excited to introduce the Kia Sonet to the public this coming weekend, and we’re confident the public will be pleasantly surprised with its bold design, modern features, and lively performance,” Kia Philippines Chief Operating Officer Brian Buendia said.

“The Kia Sonet will surely set new standards in the small SUV category, so we would like more people to drive it and experience its impressive quality and rich features. We invite everyone to visit the Kia display this weekend at the Central Garden Ring of Ayala Malls Manila Bay to experience the latest Kia model that will surely exceed expectations,” he added.

In addition, Kia Philippines said that the crossover can be viewed and test-driven in any of the 40 Kia dealerships around the country this month. They are also accepting pre-orders for it.

While the company has yet to share the specifics about the vehicle, it already gave the assurance that the upcoming offering shall be packaged with a five-year or 160,000-kilometer warranty, and emergency roadside service.

Earlier, the firm shared that Kia Sonet has an indicative price of P770,000.
