Rolls-Royce launches portable 'Pursuit Seat'
MANILA: Rolls-Royce has extended the comfort of its leather seats even outside its motor cars with the release of the Pursuit Seat.
The newly launched seat was created by the Bespoke Collective at the Home of Rolls-Royce in England. The creative house would like to maintain the concept of the instant and portable accessory that would fit its clients’ varied lifestyle.
Rolls-Royce Bespoke Designer Matthew Benton said, "We look to create accessories that enhance our clients’ lifestyles. Like every Bespoke commission, each detail of the Pursuit Seat has been minutely considered and meticulously designed, then handcrafted using the very finest materials. The marriage of carbon fiber, polished aluminum, and Rolls-Royce leather demonstrates the art of contemporary craftsmanship."
The fully height-adjustable seat is mainly composed of carbon fiber and polished aluminum to balance the accessory's strength and weight. To ensure a firm hold on both hard and soft surfaces, the aluminum ferrule on the end of the stick is designed with a retractable spike.
With its compact design, the Pursuit Seat perfectly fits in the Cullinan Recreation Module. An aluminum torch with the double-R Badge of Honor is located on the hinge to secure the passage back to the car.
The embossed leather seats' colors are designed to either match or contrast the interior of the car, depending on the client's preference. The elegant leather case makes it complement with any Rolls-Royce car.
The Pursuit Seat is now available at the Rolls-Royce Boutique and at any Rolls-Royce dealership.
