Honda BeAT makes riding more fun with 3 designs

MANILA: Honda Philippines, Inc. introduces the fuel-efficient and stylish BeAT in three designs: Fashion Sport, Street, and Premium.

Businessman and motorcycle enthusiast Bien Garcia describes the new BeAT as "a true head-turner" with its elegant look. He also mentioned that its design comes with useful functions. “Its overall dimensions are so fit for busy streets. It makes your daily commute a lot easier. With a fuel consumption of 63.7kpl for the premium model and a 4.0-liter fuel tank, the new BeAT allows every rider to go more for less, whether on a daily ride or on weekend trips. This super scooter can also reduce its carbon footprint by using a PGM-Fi fuel supply system with electronic control technology, which is capable of precisely supplying fuel and air to provide the rider efficient engine power with less emissions.

The new BeAT is powered by a four-stroke, SOHC, air-cooled eSP that produces a maximum power of 6.48kW at 7,500rpm and a maximum torque of 9.21Nm at 6,000rpm. It has a responsive hydraulic ventilated disc brake up front and a mechanical leading trailing brake outback.

The BeAT's most enticing proposition is that it provides all of these designs and features at the best price. The Premium (ISS/CBS) variant is priced at P71,900, while the Fashion Sport (STD) and Street (STD) variants retail for P68,900 each.
