I do not like the seats of the BMW 5 Series Sedan. They are very hard and the leather is unforgiving. Whenever I drive it for more than an hour I have unbearable back pain. Due to this reason, I do not like driving this car on long drives. My wife has also complained about the same. Even the passengers feel the same after spending a few minutes in their seats. Other than that the ride quality of this car is smooth. However, I still feel BMW should work on making the seats more comfortable as we have paid a lot to buy this car and this can’t of discomfort is unbearable.
