I admired the Jeep brand for a long time, but my experience has been very disappointing. However, after purchasing the Jeep Grand Cherokee L I’ve faced many problems. The costly fuel line repair has left me completely broken. The radio touchscreen started delaminating suddenly, which caused the volume to blast randomly. The leather dashboard is bubbling and wrinkling, another problem reported by many owners. The customer care of Jeep has also been unhelpful and unresponsive, refusing assistance and even hanging up on me. I regret buying the Jeep Grand Cherokee L and I’m hoping someone addresses these issues.
