Isuzu mu-X Boondock launched in the PH; price starts at Php 1.84 m
MANILA: Following the arrival of the Isuzu D-Max Boondock edition in the Philippines, the SUV fanatics started craving for a similar model of the automaker’s ever so popular SUV, the mu-X.
So, after serving the Philippine masses with the same model for good five years, the Isuzu mu-X has eventually received a major upgrade. The Japanese automobile manufacturer celebrates the SUV’s 5th anniversary with the 2020 mu-X Boondock edition. On top of the standard mu-X’s capabilities, the mu-X Boondock sports enhanced off-road abilities, features, and tech that make it an adventure-ready SUV.
For starters, the 2020 Isuzu mu-X Boondock boasts a brand-new front lip along with contrasting accents on its exterior, and hence, look much better and sportier than the standard variants of the SUV. Providing the mu-X Boondock with proper off-road abilities are the 17-inch machine-finished alloy wheels that come clothed with 265/70/R17 Yokohama Geolandar all-terrain tyres. There are also the steel step boards featuring the ‘Boondock’ logo. Another standard equipment that makes the SUV a true adventure vehicle is the roof-mounted crossbar.
