Omoda, Jaecoo officially starts retail ops for C5, E5 EV for PH market
C5 is offered in three trims, while E5 EV comes in two variants
MANILA: The Omoda C5 and the all-electric E5 models are now available from the Omoda and Jaecoo showrooms, located along Marcos Highway in Pasig City and at G-Mall in Cebu City.

The Omoda C5 is sold locally in three different trims with the following prices:
- Premium - P1.279 million
- Comfort - P1.159 million
- Lifestyle - P998,000
For the unaware, the C5 compact crossover emerged globally back in 2022 as the first global product under the Omoda brand. It utilizes a 1.5-liter turbocharged inline-4 gasoline engine capable of producing up to 145 horsepower (hp) and 230 Newton-meters (Nm) of torque.
On the other hand, the Omoda E5 electric vehicle (EV) is sold in two variants with prices listed here:
- Premium - P1.699 million
- Comfort - P1.649 million
Propelling the E5 is an electric motor capable of outputting 201 hp. It can also cover a Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure-indicated range of 430 kilometers (km) from a single full charge. Per the brand, its fast charging capability allows the EV model to reach 30 percent to 80 percent state-of-charge in just 28 minutes.
Additionally, the C5 is packaged with a 10-year or 1 million km warranty for its internal combustion engine. The E5 EV, on the other hand, comes with an eight-year or 160,000 km warranty coverage for its electric motor and batteries.
Apart from revealing the price and starting the retail period for the two models, the two car brands are likewise set on expanding their local lineup in 2025.
“The support and warm welcome we received make 2024 truly a foundational year for Omoda and Jaecoo brands,” Country Director of Omoda and Jaecoo Motor Philippines Terry Hu said.
“The milestones we’ve earned this year now serve as a solid springboard for us to boldly enter 2025. In addition to officially making our models available for sale, we are excited to unveil more automotive innovations built with our unique automotive engineering DNA next year,” Hu added.
