My experience with Mercedes vehicles has been very good, but the Mercedes-Benz GLS-Class has been a huge letdown. I'm frustrated with the recurring issues that I have to encounter with this car. It has reliability issues, and I have taken it to the service station five times in two months. I purchased this car considering the reputation of Mercedez-Benz, but it has been a huge disappointment. I have spent my hard-earned money on a car that has plasticky interiors, lacks refinement, and has tons of poor-quality parts. Don't go for it if you value your money!
